This Interview Skills Training is designed specifically for small and medium businesses. If you are either hiring from scratch yourself, or interviewing shortlisted candidates, this is for you. Businesses of this size often have resource constraints with time or money, so the aim of this course is to turn you into a competent interviewer in as little time as possible.
The online course brings an existing half day face-to-face course down to around an hour. We know you’ve got better things to do, like run your business. You just need the people to help you do it, and this course will help you make better hiring decisions in not much longer than a lunch hour.

She trains and advises organisations to raise their hiring capability. She has 19 years’ experience in recruitment and has recruited or led recruitment teams in nine countries. At previous roles she reduced frontline recruitment expenditure by a third and earlier as International Recruitment Manager set up a team and processes to hire 800 people within 4 months.
